Not everyone knows that healthier skin is promoted by nutrition. If you have a good health then definitely your skin will also be good. We can take care of our skin by many ways by using sun blocks, protecting the skin from the sun rays and by wearing the clothes which protect your skin. But an easier way to have a glowing skin is by having proper diet because healthier skin is promoted by nutrition. Our body needs proper nutrients in order to make the skin healthy and clear. So if we want to have a healthier skin we have to provide all the essentials nutrients to the body which are needed for the glowing skin.

Many ladies follow the dieting techniques in order to lose weight but their skin is also affected by this and become dry or broken out. As healthier skin is promoted by nutrition similarly if the nutrition requirement of the body is not fulfilled the skin will also become dull. For a healthier skin try to have diet which does not contain high amounts of sugar instead try to have the foods containing, vegetables, fruits, nuts and proteins.

The free radicals damage the skin cells , to prevent this damage antioxidants such as selenium, Vitamin E and Vitamin C can be used . These antioxidants can be obtained from the diet i.e. selenium can be obtained from nuts ,eggs, garlic, seafood and whole grain cereals. Vitamin E is present in nuts, green leafy vegetables and seed such as sunflower. Similarly Vitamin C can be obtained from strawberries, bell peppers, kale, kiwi and many other fruits and vegetables.

A healthy food for the skin is the fish. Recently it has been mentioned in a Russian survey that the ideal diet for the skin contains at least 10 servings of vegetables and fruits daily, low fat cheese, cold water fish and hard cooked eggs. Lemon is also a good diet for the skin. Lemon water is very useful in cleansing the skin and also a nutrition for the skin.

Some supplementary pills are also available in the market to fulfill the requirement of the nutrients but the effective way to get the nutrients is from your diet because in the diet these nutrients are present in their natural forms. Mostly ladies use make up to make their skin looking healthier but the makeup clogs the pores of the skin and also leaches into it. For a healthier looking skin instead of using make up our nutrition should be improves as surely healthier skin is promoted by nutrition.
